Dr. Minghao Zhao is the author of Strategic Restraint: Is New-type Sino-US Relationship Possible and The Belt & Road Initiative: China’s Connectivity-Oriented Global Diplomacy. He has authored over 40 peer-reviewed scholarly articles and chapters in books. Prior to joining Fudan in 2019, he served as a Senior Fellow and Deputy Director for strategic studies at China Center for Contemporary World Studies. He received his B.A., M.A. and doctoral degree from Peking University.

Prof. Kenneth Rogerson

Kenneth Rogerson is a professor of the practice at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. He is currently the Director of Graduate Studies for the Master of Public Policy program as well as the director of the Policy Journalism and Media Studies Certificate program. He received his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina and currently teaches and researches on technology policy, news media and international communications.
